We create a list of parts  and pieces that we aggressively bid out to different manufacturers to find the best price and terms.

We negotiate a contract between the customer and the manufacturer to ensure a reasonable price for all follow-up orders.  Furniture is an inflated commodity, and the price will go up over time if a contract is not in place.

Lastly, ICE is critically aware of furniture obsolescence.  ICE selects products and works with manufacturers to assure that what the client is purchasing will stand the test of time and will not be outdated months after purchasing,  We recommend only manufacturers committed to non-obsolescence.
