This client wanted to reconfigure and reuse some of their existing furniture from other floors of their facilty, and build as many stations as possible on a target floor. Our Project manager was able to produce a design which met the client's needs and made use of most of the client's existing inventory, while accomodating the client's wish for some new product as well. |

| A careful
inventory was taken of the product to be reused, and a detailed
graphical and numerical database was created in our software to serve
as a 'starting point'. The design for the new space was also
created in the software, providing a graphical and numerical database
'ending point'. Our software was then used to quickly generate four lists of parts and pieces which illustrated, after comparing the existing and the final reuse plans, where all of the existing inventory was being re-applied and what was still required for purchase. This use of the software tool saved much time and greatly reduced the risk of mistakes made due to human error. |

One of the greatest advantages to this process is that, at the completion of the project, accurate inventory records now exist which can be easily applied to subsequent projects. |
