The New Way:

Advantages:
- Stackable filing can be stacked up to 14 drawers high allowing better use of vertical space
- Stackable filing can be reconfigured to meet the requirement of a new facility
- The new filing is finger print proof
- Keys can be used in different drawers restricting access
- A single stack of filing can be used back to back with drawers one and three opening one way and 2 and 4 opening the other way. This allows filing to divide space and save the cost

Disadvantages:
- Stackables are a little more expensive, but not when you consider the filing capacity and reuseability
