I.C.E. founder Steve Burtis set out to create a distinct niche in the commercial furniture industry: a furniture management company that offers independent, objective project analysis which meets the needs of the client.
Steve spent nine years working as a sales person for a Herman Miller-owned dealership and as a regional manufacturer's representative for Knoll, two of the industry's largest furniture manufacturers. In that time he gained a thorough understanding of how furniture deals are put together in both the retail and wholesale markets. Too often these sales-driven dealerships mismanaged orders and failed to coordinate key project details. As they moved onto the next deal, the client suffered downtime, interrupted service, and lost revenue.
After examining the structure of many dealerships, Steve established the ICE management model, which delivers his clients results while reducing their costs - all with unparalleled service during and after the project.
In 2007, I.C.E. proudly celebrated 15 years in business as a furniture management company, not a furniture dealer.

" I cannot give enough
praise to the ICE Team...
I only wish my other
vendors would have
offered the same level
of service."
